TMS serves Engineering Expertise in various industries, R&D and design activities for cooling products are carried out to meet the cooling industrial areas. Our expert employees carry projects in various products with diverse cooling capacities ranking from panel air conditioners to chillers. From January 2019, TMS’s department has been titled “Design Center” by the Ministry of Industry and Trade within the scope of the law, numbered 5746, on supporting research and activities. Design project studies carried out in our Design Center can be divided into four main groups:

Design
by TMS

TMS’s designs are supported by different computer programs used at every stage of design activities. For example, “Unilab Heat Transfer Software” for cooling cycle optimization, “EPlan” is used in the design of electrical projects, and “Solidworks” programs are used for the preparation of 3D construction designs, strength analyses and manufacturing drawings. In addition, different software programs are used for equipment selection and optimization. TMS has a test room where prototype product performance, strength, and life tests are performed after design activities. The test room has two different test areas as, indoor and outdoor unit rooms, providing split-type units to test. The test conditions of the test rooms can be adjusted according to the test criteria. The actual product running environment can be simulated by increasing the temperature of the outdoor unit test room up to 90°C to perform VKS series tests for the iron and steel industry. During the test process, design and product verification activities are carried out. The data (temperature, humidity, flow, airflow, etc.) is recorded to the data logger system for a detailed analysis. TMS’s priority is registering inventions that come out during the design process as patents or utility models and using them in our products. In this context, the number of patents and utility models we use in our products increases daily. University-industry cooperation is another field of activity that is important for TNS. Within this framework, consultancy service is received from the ITU Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in cooperation with iT0NOVA. TMS’s consultant contributes technically to projects and aims to increase TMS’s employees who participate in their graduate education yearly and increase expertise in different fields.

Manufacturing
by TMS

TMS is proud to be at service with their qualified production staff who deliver products to you as soon as possible without sacrificing quality by world standards. TMS’s expert staff produces the products, which are tested safely under the most difficult working conditions. TMS’s experienced engineers control every step of the production. All processes from order to design, from production to packaging, are integrated via computer-aided technology. As a result, the most suitable and reliable solutions are offered to the customers using proven equipment and sensors in the devices’ heating and cooling sector. The control systems of TMS devices are designed and manufactured in compliance with IEC 81346-2: 2019 standards. TMS’s main goal is to prevent waste and reduce costs from design to shipment by using lean manufacturing techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Quality Control
by TMS

The quality control technicians are selected from the most experienced employees in the company. During the quality controls, the technical drawing, compliance with the electrical project, and the controls made during the production of human-sourced defects are also checked. Incoming, in-process, outgoing controls and performance tests are all made by the quality control team. Outgoing controls are divided into two parts: Final and PDI. During the final controls, units are operated 100% before shipment pre­delivery inspections are also carried out. Factory Acceptance Test is performed depending on the customer’s request. The factory acceptance test ensures that the device is completed according to the desired quality and meets all contract terms. During FAT, the unit operates, and the customer can also measure the capacity.
